PURCHASE COMMITTEE

The college Purchase committee is formed to identify and monitor the purchases required for all the academic, administrative and amenities requirements not pertaining to major management purchases. The committee will act only as the recommending authority. The committee has to Look after the maintenance of the infrastructure maintain the stock register. It has to frame the procedures and policies related to purchase of items which are within the jurisdiction of the committee. It has to ensure that quality materials are procured and standard purchase procedures are followed in major & minor purchases.
