NEP Task Force
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 represents a transformative vision for the Indian education system, aiming to create a more inclusive, flexible, and multidisciplinary approach to learning. In response to the profound changes outlined by this policy, Kottakkal Farook Arts and Science College (KFASC) has constituted the NEP Task Force 2020. This task force is dedicated to familiarizing both faculty and students with the principles and objectives of the NEP 2020, ensuring that our institution is well-prepared to implement the policy's recommendations effectively.
The NEP Task Force at KFASC is composed of esteemed faculty members and administrative leaders who bring a wealth of experience and insight into educational reforms. Chaired by Prof. M. Abdul Azeez, Principal of KFASC, and supported by Vice Chairperson Mr. Mohamed Labbeeb, Vice Principal, the task force is coordinated by Faheema, the IQAC Coordinator. The team also includes committed faculty members such as Mr. Sampreeth from the Department of Political Science, Mr. Sreenath from the Department of English, and Aboobacker Kutty Naha from the Department of Mathematics. Together, this group will lead efforts to engage the KFASC community with the NEP 2020, facilitating a smooth transition to the new educational framework and fostering an environment of continuous learning and adaptation.
By organizing workshops, lectures, and training sessions, the NEP Task Force aims to empower both educators and students to embrace the opportunities and challenges presented by NEP 2020. This initiative underscores KFASC’s commitment to academic excellence and innovation, ensuring that our college remains at the forefront of educational advancement.
